You were born to be an athlete. Your body is engineered for incredible feats of strength and agility. For one moment, please forget about your genetics. Forget about your age. Forget about your injuries. Forget about your hectic life and your boss and your belly fat. Forget about everyone who ever told you you "aren't athletic". For a moment, please ignore the voice inside of you that says "Oh well". Instead, imagine for a moment what it will feel like to look in the mirror and see the body of an athlete.
