I had a complete rupture of distal bicep tendon. Am not ready for surgery. I am heavily involved in bodybuilding and got this injury doing bicep preacher curls. I know about supination strength and pronation compromised . Wat are your thoughts , will i be able to workout again may be reach to wat i was lifting before

Anish, If your rupture was complete, my opinion is that you will permanently lose supination strength. I understand if you choose not to have surgery. When did this happen?
Hi I have one bulged disc and has happened 4 month ago still not allowed to do exercise doing Williams exercise two times a day and walking in the pool
