Probably the most reliable way to waste your time trying to learn something is by browsing the internet. I have spent way too much time on the internet, and I’m sick and tired of crappy half baked information. Is anybody else tired of pop up advertising, “secrets” of getting ripped, the “best supplements for rapid fat loss”? Most of it is BS. I have been wading through this stream of crap for the past 15 years of my life. I have found some real gems, but my clothes stink and I have trench foot. You’re welcome.
My site is about real research. It is about applying the right science to achieve your athletic goals at any age. Not only do I research methods for enhancing physical performance, but I also study ways to boost brain power and enhance the ability to learn difficult new skills quickly. Using these methods, I learned how to do backflips, back handsprings, and all sorts of hand balancing and parkour tricks. I learned all of these skills over the age of 40 (the age that most people assume to be too old for learning new complex and potentially dangerous tricks). Achieving physical and mental goals has the nice side effect of making people happier, myself included.
