I have hired personal coaches for years because I want to become a better athlete and a better mover. Training strictly for physique while ignoring the mobility and flexibility required of athletes will come with a price. If physique is the ultimate goal, then the path to the ripped physique is more sustainable when the body is balanced, flexible, and mobile. Core strength alone is not enough. Flexibility alone is not enough. My training philosophy puts them together, giving athletes superb mobility, and balance. Then killer legs, abs, and biceps come easy.
